POTMaya festival brings opportunity to kids and adults to try their hand in making colours and painting their own story. A variety of workshops are conducted by the local artists. One of the most attractive being the natural colour making workshop, where the Patuas teach how to extract various colours from natural sources like leaves and flowers and paint with it. The participants can then take their respective art work made at the workshops.
There is a game corner where children engage with games including Sudoku, jigsaw puzzles individually and in groups. Children learn about the forms and colours of Patachitra and connect themselves to the root in a fun filled manner.
